One tactic to help survivors heal and to guide activists and the public to come together to advocate for change include using and celebrating our bodies through dance and movement.
There are numerous examples of how dance activists have created deeply engaging performances that raise awareness about the issue as well as organizations that use dance and other forms of movements as part of a healing process.
